Service Description
Book our sensory events for schools, communities, or private gatherings. We offer a collection of activities tailored to spark children's curiosity, excitement and fun while engaging in learning and getting messy. Service is tailored to early learning center's needs. Example session for 20 children: 5 stations set-up. 2 x 45 minute sessions for kids to play. Break between to reorganize sensory stations. 1 hour required either side of booking for setup and pack down. We are fully flexible to accommodate the needs of your center - this is inclusive of materials and allergies.
Cancellation Policy
Events must be booked a minimum of four weeks in advance. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. Full payment must be made no later than seven days prior to the scheduled event date. Our Magical Play reserves the right to cancel any booking at its discretion. Our Magical Play accepts no liability for any damage caused to the venue during the event. All children must remain under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian at all times. Cancellation terms are as follows: cancellations made more than four weeks prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within two weeks of the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within seventy-two hours will incur a charge of fifty percent of the total booking fee, and cancellations within twenty-four hours of the event are non-refundable in full. All cancellations can be rescheduled to an available date, with deposit or booking fee going towards this.
