Service Description
Transform your Parties & Events with our workshops and sensory setups! We bring all the equipment necessary for an unforgettable experience, handling set up, pack up, and clean up, so the kids can dive right into fun activities like messy play, potion or slime workshops, and crafting sessions. We're all about creativity, so share your ideas or tell us your theme, and we'll accommodate as much as we can to make your event truly magical! Events start at 1.5 hours (Plus around 1 hour each side for setup and packup). Event duration can be increased for additional fee.
Cancellation Policy
Events must be booked a minimum of four weeks in advance. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. Full payment must be made no later than seven days prior to the scheduled event date. Our Magical Play reserves the right to cancel any booking at its discretion. Our Magical Play accepts no liability for any damage caused to the venue during the event. All children must remain under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian at all times. Cancellation terms are as follows: cancellations made more than four weeks prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within two weeks of the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within seventy-two hours will incur a charge of fifty percent of the total booking fee, and cancellations within twenty-four hours of the event are non-refundable in full. All cancellations can be rescheduled to an available date, with deposit or booking fee going towards this.
